Do Be Do Be Do . . .
How are you “doing” life?
Are you doing and doing and doing until you feel completely undone?
Life is fast! We're running around doing what we have to do but there never seems to be enough time or space to do what we want to do. We work hard just to get to the weekend.
With little or no appreciation for the present moment, we eagerly seek escape. We work hard for the weekend, “celebrating” the end of the “work/school” week . . . oftentimes by numbing out with food, music, shopping, video games, alcohol, gossiping . . .
Too much doing creates tension patterns or energy knots in our bodies, stifling our flow of energy.
Life is much easier when we flow with it, without resistance. Without making time for reflection, we race -- racing recklessly out of control, feeling overwhelmed. Built up muscle tension can cause us headaches, low energy, restlessness, agitation, unease, anxiety, and depression, Many of us are living unbalanced lifestyles with too much doing and not enough BEing

Passion, meaning, and joy cannot be found outside of the self, but instead must be found by going within – by purposefully cultivating intentionality in each present moment.
You can learn how to experience your inner landscape with me and rediscover how powerful, capable, worthy, and lovable you truly are. Once you learn how to tap within, you can practice appreciating each moment and feel more focused, calm and relaxed. A calm self is more hopeful.
So today is about TRUST -- trusting in that something more that will make you feel better, more alive -- and that something . . . YES . . . is right WITHIN YOU!
So put on some headphones and quiet the outside noise. Slow down the rush. Simply listen and relax -- and hear the whispers calling you back home . . .
