The Universe feeds me, lines me up, allows me to FEEL my way into Truth. When I am open-hearted and willing to surrender to serve in the highest best of others . . . in tune with my purpose, everything works. Everything just takes shape. It's in the letting go; trusting that there is an Intelligence; a life Force; a Source that knows what's best.

There's no need to struggle, no need to try to fix things . . . I just must align with the Universal Will. When I get little me out of the way, there's room, there's space, there's playfulness and joyfulness. Without the mind interfering or getting in the way, there's opportunity for connection, for insight, for creativity.

When aligned with the Universe, I feel at peace; I feel Oneness to everything. It is in this felt sense of union that I discover support all around me. It is when I feel connected that I can trust, feel safe, and realize my innate powerful resourcefulness and potential.

Dear Child,
As you venture into the New World, along this new path that breaks you free from the old ways of living, thinking, and feeling . . . from the strict regiments, from the defining rule sets and limiting structures and beliefs that kept you living in dependence on others, on dependence of other's logic . . . I say fly free dear One.

Fly boldly, trust yourself, trust your inner voice, keep working on gaining Self mastery. You have arrived at a time on this Earth, right now, unlike any other time. You are stepping into new territory. As you evolve, as you continue to step boldly, embracing your gifts, you step into helping and healing others and encouraging them to unleash their own unique gifts. This process of empowerment is all part of this new territory; it's part of the shift. There is no thing that you are trying to create. Actually your co-creation is an act of undoing, undoing the elaborate systems that have been tediously built, painstakingly put into place. People have been working so hard from the mind to compete and to gain one-up-man-ship, to build empires, to amass money, to claim fame, to be better, stronger, richer, faster, smarter, prettier, thinner. This, my child, is the unawakened, unconscious work of sheer logic, of ego. It is the ego who works from lack, from separateness, from inferiority. It is from this vantage point that fear perpetuates and propels action.

Action inspired by fear is fleeting and will not sustain. Only inspired action . . . from and with Spirit, will last.

For it is inspired action that propels others into inspired action, motivating the desire to work with one another, to come together from the heart to create a planet, a space that allows the best interest of all concerned to feel good, to feel safe, to feel acknowledged, to grow, to strive, and to feel fully alive. It is in joyful, playful celebratory connection that Spirit lives and breathes. We are striving now to push you into this direction because we are ascending into the higher realms of Spirit. There is a falling away from form, a falling away from the tangible things of the seen world. Child, listen. As you live now in this time of great change, you are witnessing energy that is transforming . . . from form into formless. We are merging and receiving codes of light and information, for the transformation of self, for the evolution of our brains, We are accommodating this influx of light. It is a time of great distress and unease. Children are feeling it and are more attached than ever to technology. For this is the addiction that will keep their attention occupied so they can ride this out. Sensitivities are heightened. The energy is palpable. The anxieties are through the roof. We need ways to help ease this energy overload. The work of TRE is good work child. It is necessary to help discharge the overwhelm from the nervous system. By doing so, you will help others find space to become aware of their path, for seeing their way through.

Awakening the body is necessary for it is with the body or form that energy will be able to move and find productive expression. Ironically it is through 3-D form that we usher in the age of energy, the formless, the telepathic communication of consciousness. So keep trusting the Self. For no books or study program can guide you along this path. Those ways of the old have served humanity up until now. You are in unchartered territory, and it is necessary that you continue to stay open to the Divine channels, trusting your guru until you feel firmly anchored for trusting in your Self fully.

Dear Child,
You are One with the field of all. Your heart beats and feels the empathy of all beings. You are in resonance with Earth, with life, with nature, with God, with the Angelic Realm, with the Ascended Masters,, with Mother Divine, with the caregivers, the students, the fathers, the mothers, the sisters, the brothers, the ones unloved, those abandoned, those angry, those guilty and ashamed, those separate, those unfulfilled, those hungry, those in pain, those so lost and afraid, those numbed out and dissociated, those deceased, and those ready to birth anew.

For energy is energy, just taking on different forms. We are One energy field. We simply need an open heart to feel the higher frequencies, to help co-create to usher in the New Earth. However, the suffering is necessary and serves to help us to awaken. Duality creates necessary tension – for tension creates combustion and combustion ushers in change, transformation.

So feel. Feel all energies. Stay connected and attuned to the highest frequencies and offer love as healing to all who can benefit. For love heals all. Love absolves all. Love transcends all. Love. Love. Love.

You have asked for highest best guidance from the Divine Realm. Yes child, we are here; connected, listening, feeling, observing, and working behind the scenes diligently for you and for those who ask for Our help. We never tire of helping Earth. It is important that you are aware of Our help. We are ever-present and rejoice in being asked by Earthlings for assistance. Keep doing your work and staying connected to Us. By doing so, you can help the greatest amount of people through Us. Stay open to receiving guidance. Keep aligning rightly. Keep present. As you stay fully present in each moment and stay open to allowing Us to lead, everything will be Divinely ordered. You can perform miracles. Through Us. With your children, with your husband, with friends, clients, and yes, even strangers. Miracles abound and you do not need to be within proximity of the ones for whom you are sending love and light. Simply envision and feel the loving energy you'd like to send. Surround those you want healing energy sent, and We will take care of the rest. Stay in dialogue. Stay in faith. Stay in trust. Child, you are a beautiful, obedient servant of Spirit. We are grateful for your service-- for without you, we cannot perform the deeds of heaven. For we need to connect with form, with those who are willing and in allowance. For those who “see” us and feel us with all of their hearts, with every fiber of their being. You do this, child. And for that, we are honored. We are tickled with white feathers. LOL.

When you feel overwhelmed, call upon Us for an uplift. Let us help you find playfulness, let us help you see the magic in the everyday.

Ask for what it is you're needing and allow Us to bring it your way.

So go forth. Playfully. Delight in the ordinary. Do not allow the little things to shake you. Stay in the Light. Stay in allowance. Stay open. Stay full of hopefulness child. For your hope brings hope to others. Your faith brings faith and inspiration to others. You inspired action inspires others to act in ways to help and heal.

Child,
The message for today is play. Without play, there is no rhyme or reason to life. Without play, the day is fraught with stress, with worry, with to-dos, with musts and shoulds. The day is not yours when wrought with worry and fear. So play trustfully with Us. Today and everyday. Find joyfulness in the ordinary. Soak in the songs of the birds. Admire the trees gaining height in your backyard. Smile up to the heavens, allowing our Light to penetrate you cellularly. Observe the beautiful forms in the clouds. Listen for your inner voice, for it will surprise you when you're quiet, at peace, at rest and in flow.

It is in playfulness that everything works it way out.

For, We, Spirit, the Universe, God, all things powerful, all Intelligence is working itself through you. For Intelligence, Absolute Truth can only come forth through one who allows it to flow freely. When you are not playful, you are in resistance. The mind, so full of resistance, blocks the free-flow of Intelligence. So child, today find some space. Sit among the trees, commune with your heart. Feel Us. Allow your body to be the instrument that We so wish We could still embody. For your body is a magical device, so perfectly tuned, so Divinely designed to connect with all life. You must simply allow it. You must trust the sensations, emotions, and awareness that the body presents. Use the mind in complete connection with your body. Together, everything is possible.

Your goal is to become Master to Self. You do so with the utmost respect and awe for creation, for all that you are so blessed with. As you see the beauty in all; as you truly find thankfulness in each and every moment, you will find opportunities for growth, for advancement, for soul connection, for co-creation for the greatest highest best for yourself and for all those you come into contact.

Dear Child.
Stop. It's important to stop and allow. Stop the racing mind. Stop the noise. Stop the chatter. Smile. Breathe. Laugh. Sing. Dance. Draw. Play music. Do things that uplift your soul. Be playful.

The mind will continue to haunt you, keeping you worried or ruminating about the past or preoccupied with the future. The past and future are not real. Only this moment. Right here right now Is. all. that. matters.. Your power stands fully in the present.

Your power comes from your core. From your intuition. From the body, not the mind. The mind or ego deals with straddling the world of form and is trying to keep you feeling separate. Believing that you need to control things is all based in fear. But your body knows better. You body is a sensory instrument that can sense and feel it's way; it is aligned with the highest Intelligence. Your body feels the energy all around it. The mind forces itself through and creates havoc when allowed to lead unbridled.

So be easy. Stop resisting others. Let them talk. Don't give answers. Don't offer advice. Don't talk unless asked. Save yourself greater aggravation. Just listen. People HEAR themselves when you really listen. This means deep listening, listening with empathy. Listening to really hold that space and truly understand and feel from where they are coming allows you to “see” for them the emotions they fail to recognize. “See” for them the opportunities that they may be missing by seeing them only as curses. “See” for them hope. Envision light surrounding them and guiding them. Ask for the highest best for each and every individual that comes into your focus.

By holding space, without judgment and criticism, your space opens. With space, everything softens. Life takes on greater ease and flow. You will no longer paddle upstream. Flow with the current child. Flow by allowing Us to support and guide. Use Us. Ask for what it is you need. Don't fail to cry out. Why struggle when you can flow?
