If you're feeling empty, afraid, and all alone, turn within. Everything you need can be found right there within your heart.
Finding time for stillness seems impossible in our busy world. But when we're feeling low, the world can never fulfill our needs. It may fill the void temporarily, but it will not last. The only lasting fulfillment is found within your heart.
God is a touchy subject and source of argumentation for many. In order to get in touch with Source within, all you need to do is find a concept of God. What or who is meaningful to you? Do you believe in Saints of all religions? Do you believe in Jesus? Krishna? Buddha? Mother Divine? Who is that Source for you? Who are you willing to defer to? With whom do you put your trust, your faith, your love?
You decide. Once you have that Source, go within and be in the presence of something bigger than you . . . something greater . . . all powerful . . . all knowing . . . forgiving . . . complete, unconditional love. And then, just be. Just love. Just feel loved. There's no need for words -- spoken or unspoken. Your Creator is omniscient. Don't waste precious time asking for what you need or reliving worries and fears. Just be present and allow Source to embrace you in unconditional love.
Breathe. Give complete devotion. Accept these words:
We are here for you. Emptiness results from looking to the world to fill you up. The world is a disappointment. A charade. Don't turn to it for fullness. You are so rich with the Lord. You were born full of fine spirit. It's up to you to realize this truth and to delve deeply into your depths and discover your rich beauty, your true self. You are the source of all love. You are the source of freedom and your destiny is for you to discern and unravel. These words of truth pierce directly into to your heart. Search no more. You are love. You are a spark of divine creation.
Empty yourself of worldly attachments, of worldly matter. The Lord made the world for you to enjoy Him, to smell Him, to hear Him, and to be one with Him daily. Appreciate the Lord in all your doings. Dedicate your daily activities to Him. Surrender your will to Him. Have fun with Him.. Dance with Him.. Sing with Him.. Love Him..
In return, your heart will be filled with joy. Your life is rich with unconditional love and peace. No longer are you empty when you seek Him to fill you. You are Source energy and can replenish whenever you need.
Take heed dear child. There's no rush; no need to be more than simply being in this moment. Breathing in this second. Loving in the now. Trusting. Believing. Hoping. Fully living.
Tomorrow will come before you know it. Live now. Live deeply. Live freely. Follow your heart.
Begin emptying yourself with all that no longer serves you. Rid yourself of all that is not in your best interest. Live with faith. Do away with worries and fears. Leave your being empty and open for the Lord to come enter with His goodness; His selfless ways; His wisdom, His unconditional love, and His unending forgiveness.
Give all that you want. Ask for all that you already have. Love when you want to hate. Smile when you want to cry. Remain silent when you want to talk. Simply be in His presence. Give him complete devotion -- love.
Remain hopeful and trusting. Stay awhile. Listen to me child. I will guide you when you stray.
Hold tight. Stay light and airy . . . let the rays from above shine on you brightly, filling you with the glow that allows others to find their way.
May you find all your seeking right there within . . . you are deserving, you are capable, you are worthy, you are love.
