The value of anything is in our EFFORT. Our effort to change our attitudes . . . to change our thinking . . . to choose to live or die. Do you want to live or die? What is your choice?
Our inner heart holds the key to everything . . . our thinking, our attitudes, beliefs, thoughts and overall mind, body, soul well-being. If we feel unworthy, we think negatively from our heart. Continually feeling negative, feeding ourselves negativity, gets our energy down. To power up, we must use the breath. Breath is our oxygen. Our life force. Breathing deeply from the diaphragm, with the shoulders back, we stretch the spine, we feel the belly move, we breathe in deeply from the nose (with closed lips) and then we exhale out through the lips with a hissing sound to move our energy.
We can heal ourselves. We can rid ourselves of disease. Everybody has the power to heal. It's about being tuned in, grounded, aligned, to access Chi, or life force energy. We simply need to PRACTICE. Every day at least 15 minutes a day.
Our words can enhance or decrease our energy. For example simple expressions like "no worries," or saying, "no problem," creates a decrease in strength. Instead, saying, "It's okay," a more positive expression, enhances energy or strength. Saying, "Why don't we take a trip to California?" weakens energy. Instead, say, "Let's go to California!" to enhance energy. Our word choice makes all the difference.
Diet is another area of importance to enhance energy. Dr. Effie Chow prescribes, "Eight heart-to-heart hugs a day, 3 huge belly laughs a day (at minimum), 10 glasses of pure water, 1-2 servings of fruit, 9 servings of vegetables, cut out dairy and soy (GMOs), cut out sugar, cut back salt."
Pausing is important to spike energy. Resting in stillness, with conscious deep breathing, intentionally connecting to the Divine energy source, while grounding our energy helps us manifest Chi, to feel stronger, to manifest life force -- the basis of well-being. Learning how to empower our force like a battery charger by focusing on the third eye, opening the heart, grounding from the core, or psoas muscle, accelerates our battery so we can go within and become the force.
Laughter is a healer -- it's the sound of the heart -- the way to release energy and to connect with the heart. We need to find balance -- to balance energy or Chi in body, mind, and soul. Balance is important and plays an important role in eating, sleeping, performing all activities, relationships, and sex. When we connect with Greater Spirit, Greater Divinity, or God, we find good health, quality living, and connection to heal ourselves, to heal others, and to heal the planet.
We must integrate intuitive knowing. . . our higher self into physical reality.
We are our own "saviors." We can't waste time waiting around for anyone to do our work for us. Our purpose of our Earth Experience is to live in BALANCE and to integrate the forces of nature.
We are meant to energetically FEEL our being. We must ASK ourselves WHAT SERVES my greatest good? AND . . . WHAT is in the EARTH'S highest good?
We are here to RECONNECT to unity consciousness, to bring back the natural balance between humanity and the planet we call home. To do so, however, we must go beyond the thinking mind. The ego/mind is simply a relay from the heart. We cannot solve our problems or heal ourselves from the mind, we must penetrate the inner heart.
To change neural pathways in the brain, we must reprogram our thoughts, essentially cleanse or purify the brain. They say it takes 21 days for any habit to stick. Jesus walked into the wilderness "to face the beast," Moses went to Mt. Sinai, and Buddha sat under the tree . . . all of these commitments took 40 days! So it looks like there's magic in 40.
Let's practice exploring the inner heart and opening the mind in order to become RECEPTIVE for receiving direction, powering up, and being better able to TRUST the universe for healing and well-being . . .
Practice affirming, "I AM WILLING TO SEE LOVE." Repeat this affirmation while focusing on your breath.
NEXT, MAKE A LIST OF TODAY'S FEARS . . .
(for example):
1. I am afraid to speak up about how I feel about "x,y,z" because I feel I will be misunderstood.
2. I am afraid to give 100% effort because I fear I might fail.
3. I am afraid to throw anything away because I may not be able to replace it.
NOW . . . BREATHE IN . . . and say, "I choose to release [my fear]."
NEXT, BREATHE OUT . . . and say, "I surrender and instead of this [fear], I am willing to see love."
See the LOVE in your life. Find stillness in breath to witness your fear. Recognize what's in your heart, notice your criticizing ego.
Open up and be willing to let go of fear; just release it. Let your loving heart allow your voice to break through.
Accept that you have choice. You can choose.
Release and let go.
Your breath is your friend. Your breath, in conjunction with positive, loving thoughts, will nurture you like nothing else. The breath will relax and sync the mind with the heart. A calm mind, along with a centered, relaxed body can do amazing things. A calm mind and an open heart, together, can create miraculous, healing change.
Today is the day to change. Start with positive affirmations. Try saying, “Today I breathe in love, light, and positivity to nurture and heal my mind, body and soul. With each exhalation, I blow out negativity, sending out all of my fears and worries. Today I am open; I smile and laugh. I am grateful, full of beautiful blessings. The universe supports and energizes everything I do.”
Intentional, positive thinking raises energy, fills us with love and light. A higher vibration alerts the world to invite positivity and rewards us by sending abundance our way.
Today is the day to write a new script for life -- Write it with your heart.
Remember, thoughts are an investment; so invest wisely. Refuse to wish things would change. Refuse to wait for others to make you happy. Be the change by intentionally cultivating an inner beautiful home and the world will change accordingly -- are you ready to SOAR?
