From Jewels Heart
Speak to me child.
In the darkest of night when you have no where to turn, speak to me child. Speak to me.
Tell me it all. Don't hold back. There is nothing to fear.
There's no one listening in judgment, no one here to ridicule or blame.
Release everything to Me and I shall help you realize why.
Life seems hard, our emotions all jumbled and confused. We blame others for causing us pain. We see the world as a fearful place, unsure of our next step, we search -- afraid to trust and to reveal vulnerabilities.
Speak to me, bring everything, hold nothing back. For in order to cleanse, you must purge.
In speaking honestly, you will find your why.
In simply formulating the questions, you'll find your frame – to see what's important, to make sense and order reality. To evaluate, assess, and realize what's important, searching is necessary: for discovering what makes you feel sad, for exploring past hurts, for examining fears, for facing what's holding you back, and for owning rather than blaming.
The act of searching is what truly matters, for searching requires courage – for facing your why . . . for asking honest questions, for looking at the facts, for perceiving life as it is, with objectivity, as the observer.
To witness life is hard work. Noticing life's meaning is seeing the lessons in every interaction which requires faith. Nothing more. Nothing deeper. No drama.
It's simply about learning . . . learning to look at the facts in order to continue striving towards becoming your best self – the highest best – aligning with your higher Self.
Experiences up until now have served to get you to this very moment. And it's in each dark silent moment, in each deep contemplative communion, in complete surrender, that honest talk inspires truth.
It's by laying it all out there that you discover who you are. So you can hear your voice.
To evolve, to push forward, to develop spiritually, you must sit in uncertainty, risk facing all that's been hurting you, and persist in facing fears so that they no longer hold power.
Letting go brings death to fear. Courage and trust are ready to push forward in order to allow the stories of old to die, to be put to rest as stories fail to serve our highest best.
While stories may connect us – they keep us in pain; they keep drama alive. Stories serve to bring souls around the table, but stories also bond wounded souls. Be careful of unnecessary words. Bonding over words can be dangerous. Gossip is an evil. Misery likes company. Take caution not to bite the bait. Words are truly unnecessary.
Steer clear of idle chatter, gossip, drama. Fly higher than those choosing to engage in talk that does not serve another.
Speak truth. Speak only kind words.
Laughter, kinship, jollity, celebration is necessary for the soul as we desire companionship, communication, and kinship. Joy is soulful expression.
Carry always a full heart, a clear mind, and keep God always at the fore. In doing so, your presence will prove more than enough, more than words could ever convey. Love is felt, conveyed implicitly. In manner, in body language, in the vibe that comes across when simply entering a room.
Speak with love. Speak with presence. Speak less. Love more.
No words can fully express the heart. So before entering communion, in those dark hours of the night, when you desire to express your heart's deepest treasures, I already know. For you need not utter one word, I know already what's held at your heart.
Your words are not necessary. Prayer is for you, for prayer can be healing. For finding those words can help reveal the nature of your story, for it is through words that you have created a sense of life, a sense of who you are.
Now let the words go. Simply reflect with your heart, in deliberate devotion – reserve quiet time in stillness – with sincere conscientious effort – for digging deeply – for searching your heart for truth.
Time spent searching, sitting quietly, searching no longer for words but instead for simply listening lets you hear the whispers. Listen and I will bring forth “words” from your soul. For My Word brings ultimate relief; offering forgiveness, providing understanding, inspiring hope.
For it is the act of searching that is most meaningful. The deliberate search for meaning is all that truly matters. Deliberately consulting the heart is how to find hope, peace, joy, happiness, abundance, and healing.
Keep asking child. Keep speaking to Me. Bring Me all your questions.
For I have been waiting to speak with you.
