Four Ways to take action & live life this FALL:
FALL: Focus Allow Listen Love
1. FOCUS on what you want. Pay attention to your thoughts. Be intentional. THINK about WHAT you want, NOT what you DON'T WANT! Make up your mind . . . think in ways that make you feel good to march in a positive direction. With consistent practice thinking positively, momentum will be gained and clarity found.
Guard your thoughts carefully as they create your experiences. Even if it feels like our thoughts are choosing us, it's not the case! We are always choosing our thoughts - and all thoughts have an effect; there are no neutral thoughts! By replacing negative thinking with gratitude, kindness and love, we can access our heart, for allowing God in. We can begin today by affirming "I will focus my mind and have only loving thoughts by remaining open and non-judging to all that enters my path." Settling down the mind takes patience and practice! When you try to quiet your mind, you may feel overwhelmed and uncomfortable as it gets louder in retaliation. This feeling is normal whenever we're trying out something new. It takes practice to begin feeling less mechanical and more natural. If you stick with it, the mind realizes you mean business. This dark period will pass as positive thoughts begin to enter to shine brightly and fill you with joy and peace. Positive thinking will have you feeling more aligned, with delight and purpose. And there's no turning back!
2. ALLOW your heart to open. As you become more trusting and natural in your ability to think positively, you will gain control over your mind, telling it what to think, thereby telling your body how to feel. A positive mind will help shift you into a more present-minded being and will free your mind for creating more space for opening up your heart. A well-trained, disciplined mind will allow your heart center to open up and increase your vibration and allow your body to release any deep feelings the body's been holding. Movement and sound are also effective ways for releasing pain in the body. As feelings are acknowledged, accepted, and released, our mind is more able to allow love and light to enter so healing can take place. With persistent focused effort, operating from the heart, the body feels energized; the mind, hopeful, and spirit, eager and ready to soar.
3. LISTEN to your body. A quiet, calm, positive mind allows your body to tell you what's working and what's not. As children, we are tireless, spontaneous, and full of hope -- eating only when hungry, sleeping when tired, and expressing feelings fully. Unfortunately, life experiences make impressions and create negative ways of thinking and behaving; habits that block our free flow of energy. Blockages keep us out of touch with the body and make it difficult for recognizing the messages the body is sending in the form of tension, aches, pains, fatigue, and minor illnesses. If ignored too long, signals get stronger until there is a serious or fatal result. You can choose to listen to the body to do what's necessary to heal it. Body work with the right person can help identify areas of suppression and release work will help transform blocked pain so you may begin vibrating with greater energy.
4. LOVE yourself on all three levels: mind, body, and Spirit.
Nourish your mind with positive, loving thoughts, always mindful that it takes just half a second to hold a particular thought; it's your decision which thought you choose to hold. So choose your thoughts wisely as they are your most precious investment!
Nourish the body by eating a healthful diet filled with fresh organic fruits, vegetables, whole grains, along with lots of clean, fresh water and by getting adequate sleep, and exercising regularly. Avoid junk foods, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and stress. We can only truly listen to and love our bodies if we make up our minds to do so. Spirit comes knocking but we can't open the door if we're too preoccupied with the worries of the world. Only when the mind and the body are working harmoniously may we allow spirit to enter to do It's magic. So when you're in pain or feeling down, take ACTION! Try going into your pain-- feel it in your body or in your thoughts -- and with a prayer in your heart, ASK God to fill you with healing energy. Be intentional in asking for whatever you need with no worries but with total trust and expectation that healing will occur. There is no wrong way to speak to God -- the only requirement is that your request be sincere, stemming from your heart, with total trust that your prayers are received and the patience that they will be answered at the appropriate time.
This Fall take time to evaluate your current situation and lifestyle. DO BE DO BE DO . . . . What you do and how you act create your reality. How are you DOING life?
What are you saying to yourself? Are you filling your mind with fear, worry, and anxiety? If so, shut off the computer, iPhone, t.v., and any other distractions for finding a quiet place to sit still and breathe. Start by taking deep, cleansing inhalations through your nose and blow out all negative thinking, stress, and worry from your mouth. Repeat this for a series of ten full breaths: simply concentrate on bringing in love, positivity and lots of white, healing light on the inhalation while blowing out all negativity on the out breath through your mouth -- release all that no longer serves you. Breathing is the answer to shift out of negativity!
What are you doing to yourself? Are you tired? Rest. Are you eating the healthy foods your body needs? Do you smoke, use caffeine, drink alcohol, use drugs, eat junk foods, stress yourself? Then breathe, go within, ask yourself what you're trying to learn. Ask yourself what you need to do to change. You know what you need! It's only a matter of feeling worthy, capable, and loving yourself enough to take and commit to ACTION! You simply need to make space -- to clear your mind, breathe, open up your heart, and listen to the signs your body is giving you. Take time TODAY to honor the feelings of your body.
Take ACTION in your life to honor your mind and your body. This may require changing jobs, homes, relationships, friends, habits, and lifestyle. It's your decision to stay stuck and remain in denial or to wake up to knowing what's making you feel sick, tired, depressed, and out of alignment.
All the power lies with you!! Seek help. Talk to a friend, a counselor, or find space to quiet your mind and seek the answers that lie resting deeply within your heart. Accept your true feelings. Be unafraid. Have faith and trust that the law of attraction is a scientific fact: what you think, you create. Think lovingly and abundantly, and you will receive life's love, abundance, and magic.
