How do I see only love?
Love is tricky. Earthly love attaches us and creates suffering. Attachment to the things of this world fails to sustain, fails to nourish, and fails to replenish and nurture the soul.
We can see with eyes filled with unconditional, Agape love . . . love for life itself, for creation, for the ever-present, natural universal Source energy flowing throughout all life.
Love is Source energy, our life force. Love sustains and nourishes.
Seeing with love is facilitated with two feet firmly planted on the ground. Grounded and connected to earth, we bring earth's energy up throughout the body, filling our bodily container, making us more resilient, flexible, and forgiving. When grounded and full, we see with an expanded lens of hope and can offer a therapeutic presence for others.
Seeing with love fills and nourishes the soul by allowing Source energy to enter the body, mind, and soul. Source-energy filling, done daily – morning and nightly, can transmute one's negative thoughts and emotions, as well as the negative energy taken on from others, so we can replace it with positivity.
Focused intention is focused energy that can be directed however we choose. Asking for what we need and then trusting that the universe provides, allows Source to flow. By allowing Source to enter, we may direct it to the parts of the self that have become disconnected, disrupted, blocked and in need of healing.
In stillness, behind closed eyes, we can discover and harness that amazing energy . . . noticing how it feels, inside and out of the body. By learning to scan the body regularly, we become more familiar with our internal landscape so that we may learn how to open our heart and allow our energy to flow.
As our awareness expands, we can begin to recognize the source of our energy blockages and may begin to permit these blockages to be released. Releasing what the body's been holding makes room for allowing and trusting Source to flow, reconnecting and healing our disconnected parts.
A re-connected, integrated self, can better navigate life's tough terrain and is more clear-headed for making choices that keep us aligned and flowing. Equipped with healthy resources for staying on course, we feel supported, thus more confident and empowered for getting where we want to go.
Newly empowered with the knowing that we have choice keeps us eagerly moving in a forward-flowing direction; one that allows Source energy to continue to flow and support us in a purpose-driven life filled with curiosity, awe, and gratitude.
Our eyes have limited perception. But eyes that see only the love within and without can look past seeming errors, mistakes, and misunderstandings.
Healing occurs when we see only the love within. Love -- the highest vibrational energy -- the Holy Spirit or AUM flows, flushes, revitalizes and renews all things so our seeing is expanded in ways that cannot be explained, only experienced.
So when we see with all the unconditional love we need, we can see only the love within all.
